Your event at Lionscrest includes:
Two-hour set-up and preparation time. Four to six-hour event. One hour of cleanup for vendors and staff at the end of the evening.
Walk-thru session with the Caterer and a Lionscrest Supervisor.
Event Supervisor, Parking/Event Staff
The Basic Dish, Linen, Bar Package & White Wooden chairs (indoors) for the first 100 guests, or 50 guests for Off-Season pricing.
Tables and chairs for 250 guests.
Peak Season (Memorial Day Weekend thru the month of September)
Evening:
Event time 4 hours starting after 6 pm.
Extra hour can be added to end of event for additional charge.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Weekday
Pricing for these packages range from $3,250 to $8,000.
Day Time:
Event time 4 hours 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 pm or 11 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
Extra hour can be added to end of event for additional charge.

Pricing for these packages range from $2,500 to $3,900
All Day:
Event time: Any 6 hours for event
Extra hour maybe be added to end of event for additional charge dependant on start time of event.

Off Season**
(October until Memorial Day weekend)
Event time is 5 hours.
